Welcome to the small online shop of British artist Jatinder Singh Durhailay. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

PRIVACY

This online shop respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information (we don't store your full credit card number) is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal.

GENERAL

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order and 10 business days for pieces including a gold finish, although most orders will be shipped within 3 to 4 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected]. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. A tracking number can be required by contacting [email protected], if not required the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All prices exclude charges for shipping and handling. Shipping charges will be applied when adding the shipping destination in the basket review.

PRODUCT AVAILABILIT

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products as all items are really limited, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use. We currently do not accept cash or check.

How long will my order take to arrive?

European orders should arrive within 7-14 business days and international orders within a 10-20 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Paypal will calculate and show you the postage costs on your order before you pay. We want you to order from abroad, so we keep the postage costs low for international orders

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

No unless stated in the product descprition! You will only receive a tracking number if you ask for it by mail at [email protected], a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you about 2-5 business days after your order is placed and extra shipping charges (usually around 3 euros) might be applied. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

Will you restock sold out items?

Usually not as we work on "limited edition", but keep an eye out on Facebook and blog for updates.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
